Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites/apps to remember session and preference information. They can be session or persistent by duration, first-party or third-party by origin, and strictly necessary, functional, analytics, or tracking by purpose.

Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies support authentication, session continuity, active company context, security, and storage of your analytics-consent choice. Functional storage remembers preferences such as language and notifications. PostHog analytics storage is created only after you accept optional analytics and supports page-view and explicit product-event measurement; autocapture, performance monitoring, and session recording are disabled. Stripe and Google may set storage required for billing/security and map features.

How to Manage Cookies

The consent banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics with equal prominence. You can later withdraw or grant consent in account privacy settings; withdrawal immediately stops capture and resets the browser analytics identity. You may also delete or block storage in your browser. Disabling strictly necessary storage will materially impair TOMCABS functionality, including login persistence.

Do Not Track

Some browsers provide Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there is no universally accepted DNT response standard, we do not currently alter data collection solely based on DNT browser signals; privacy controls in this Policy remain available to users.
